Speaking, Discussions, Salons, Book Signings

I love engaging with others to delve deeply into questions of how we live, thrive, adjust to change, and build healthy community.

In the past several months, I have focused on initiatives to strengthen mental health support in my community. This has included designing and offering programs on writing as a healing process, discovering personal resilience in times of challenge. Little did I know that 2020 would provide a set of challenges beyond what any of us imagined. My engagements had been arranged for in-person across-time community-building. I am now reassessing and discerning what will emerge from this time of sheltering, distancing and “online” substitutes for connecting as groups. Stay tuned.
And in the meantime, please watch this presentation I gave at the Healing Journeys Conference in Sacramento, fall 2018:
